What's up with the forum?

Greetings, comrades.

I had just finished a proposal topic and was going to preview it when the forum loaded halfway. Has this occured to anyone else? This is not the first time it's happened to me, this is infact the third or firth time it's happened. The forum isn't today undergoing any maintenance so it isn't that.

Any suggestions on how to fix or avoid this problem?

Happens to me all the time.

I'd be willing to host a forum on my own server. That way we could have a better looking page, no ads, and an official looking domain.

I always wrote everything on a notepad to prevent this kind of problem since my connection is unstable. Well, if the forum is also unstable, we should consider a change.
