Organize the Red Army!

Hi comrades,

I made some searches and I've found that the Red Army could have a lot of potential if we organize it well.

Just think about the number of the Soldiers we have...

Now, I don't know the name of all the Militias, I know only some:

- Brigate Partigiane (Czech Republic)
- Czech People's Militia (Italy)
- Dingo Militia (Australia)
- eRepublican Red Army (Spain)
- Irish Citizen Army (Ireland)

And there will be surely others...

Well if we manage to organize all the Party Militias, well it would be something great.

This is my proposal: we have a Commander (Simonov), who spreads orders to the Militia's Organizations/Commanders to inform them about the operations and to meet in chat for example.

These Commanders will spread orders to their soldiers and so we'll be fast and very active and they, with the Red Army Commander, will form the Red Army's HQ.

We'll need a spreasheet on Google's Docs, in order to give the HQ some tools to organize everything well.

You're right, better communication is key to unlocking the potential of the red army. Simonov has already added this as a topic for the next CPC meeting on Sunday and I look forward to discussion there.
