Parliamentarian Interjection:

Celio Azevedo was the the duly appointed representative to the Partido Comunista Brasileiro which means we probably cannot ban him from the forums unless we pass some rules defining spamming on our forums and making that a crime punishable by ban or otherwise create legislation that allows bans to occur. We can certainly have him removed from Congress in two different ways and then figure it out from there:

1) Contact the party president of the Partido Comunista Brasileiro and have that party pick a new representative. Basically, we can't choose who represents a party for them and I have not heard from that party about seeking a replacement. If they want Celio kept as their representative, then we move to option

2) We kick the Partido Comunista Brasileiro out of the Internationale altogether.

I think it is important that each member party be given the opportunity to choose who they want to represent themselves and that Members of Congress are permitted to speak freely without being banned for being unpopular. But we also all know spamming when we see it. I will contact the PP of that party right away and pursue Step 1).

The problem is that their own members started this heated debate against him. Threads such as "Stalker in the PCB" were created by crm, which tells me something: there is, or at least was dis-unity within their party. Celio has been banned IG, so he hasn't got an IG character any longer anyways.
