From PeNICO to Supremacy
First I would like to congratulate the supporters of PeNICO for the recent victory on the presidentials of August 1st, 2008, specifically Socrates and Judazs.

With this victory, PeNICO upholds and survives to the opposition, defending the practical experimentation of its basic rules: nationalization of the game's economic engines and the assertion of the primary goods' distribution. I believe that PeNICO has been an effective program to support the social and economic needs, and I believe that PeNICO is the right approach to eRepublik's dynamic. I believe today and I believed in the past.

Today PeNICO has proved to be the only project that answers with objectivity the national demands, and even international. If ePortugal is today the guru of this mentality it's because ePortugal unites the conditions that focus its moral superiority over others.
Comrades, if PeNICO answers our needs, it's far away from its real objective. ePortugal has entered a pragmatic and stagnation phase, where only one lives to protect PeNICO from its outside aggression. PeNICO is a mean, never an end. If we continue to live in this pertinacity, we'll be and the bottom waiting for the collapse of the e-Revolution bases, because what lives in stillness, dies.
PeNICO deserves constant critic appreciations, to its own auto-sustenance and auto-perfection. The opposition strengthens the continuoes need of progress. Actually the opposition is made essentially for e-citizens that were born post-PeNICO, and its majority doesn't understand (or doesn't even tries to) the ingame mechanics. But the question is more delicate: not only recent players can't understand the operation of eRepublik, but even the defebders of PeNICO are far away to understand that yet nothing was achieved.

The real objective of any game is the final victory. Other objectives are the distortion of its real objective. In our case, the political battles are this distortions. The real objective goes through the definition of this game: global dominion. Our objective, the objective of every ePortuguese, inserts in the will of global dominion. What global dominion is this? Our moral overlap towards others. To attain this plenitude it's necessary to study ways of demanding what's ours by rights. This analysis must be concrete and imune to proto-political disagreements. This analysis must be seriouse and revolutionary!

This chronicle extinguishes in the void if, behind all the criticism, wouldn't had personal suggestions. I suggest we need to study alternative ways to the military and paramilitary maneuvers, because I don't think global dominion goes only through there. When it comes to exercise our moral duty, I don't condone the "samaritanism". On the contrary, i argue that we must broaden the impulse to every means necessary. In this case, the ends justifies the means. And why is that? Because this is a game! I support the persuasion of monetary means the target-nation's state chiefs. I support the takeovers to foreign companies. I support the economic chaos. I support the search and suggestions of ways and means (condemnable or not) to achieve the real objective of the game: ePortugal's global dominion. I support everything that all of us should. A supreme ePortugal.

Chaos is the New Solution

System means a set of objects that relate with themselves, forming a whole, a unity with a determined function and objective. However, most of the system that surrounds us are artificial and go against the very definition of system. A system is a mechanic and mathematical simplification from a a complex set to a predictable and simple one.

Political theories are agents that determine the reduction of what is complex to a simple point of view. All would be very cool if this formulation of systems were in a linear chain. It happens that when it comes to social issues, the formulation of simple systems isn't adequate to match the complexity that every individual represents.

Linear and non-linear systems
The events, regardless of their nature, originates in a pair "action-reaction". In a linear system, que amount of reaction is equal to the amount of action. To mechanical, chemical and physical issues, a linear system is sufficient to group a set of variables in a formulation. In a non-linear system, the amount of reaction is different from the amount of action. From the cientific method it's hard to predict the events that originate that diference. This applies to social issues

eRepublik is not a simple linear system with easily-determined variables and concrete and objective formulation. Despite being a game, events unfold through individual options of every each of its participants. eRepublik is a limited projection of real life that depends of the social mass that acts and reacts
Pseudo-intelectuals believe that they are in posession of rationa instruments to antecipate and quantify those reactions, based on the actions that move the game. They can't be more wrong.

Chaos.
eRepublik, from what it shows us, and forces us, is a democratic and neoliberal simulator. ePortugal understood that, disregarding the existent limits of the game, could morph its mechanisms to approach them to a proto-socialist reality: then borns PeNICO.
What ePortuguese made war install chaos on a fully-developed system to accomplish an end, and transport a new definition more agreeable to the national necessities. The same ePortuguese that installed in the past the "revolutionary" chaos have settled to the new inversed system. The then-revolutionaries are the now-reactionaries. In the eminence of a new chaos, the now-eReactionaries violently flounder against the new agents of the inevitable evolution, paralyzing ePortugal's walk towards greatness.

Chaos is the final result of a non-linear system. A reaction that doesn't correspond with the action. Chaos is the lack of mathematic predictability, that triggers non-conjectured events. However chaos can be controlled. Chaos is still a system, progressing from harmony to disharmony, from order to disorder, varying like a stone in a pond. Sooner or later, systems stabilize, temporarily abandoning the change and conseguent evolution.

I argue that after a chaotic event, systems have a phase of maturing. However, a phase is a phase, it doesn't live permanently in the same state. I believe that the concrete case of ePortugal, the maturing phase has ended and arrived the acceptance of chaos*. Recently came to us the agents of chaos and we can only observe evolution's natural development.

Evolution
Evolution is not an ascended lin that closes to perfection. That was Mendel's model, later disproved by Darwin. Perfection is, by itself, an obstacle to the natural evolution of events. The evolution probably moves through an ellipsed line and an ascending spiral. Evolution is made by setbacks and advances, always changing and adapting. Chaos is one of the engines of evolution. It forces the systems to back down and go forward, always in a constant search of temporary accommodation.

The new ePortuguese didn't experienced a setback to finally advance into a model consistent with the national necessities. It was imposed a reality that they don't understand. Someday ePortugal will be theirs, it would be the signal that ePortugal had subsisted through time. But to take ePortugal's fate, they'll need to tear down the current models to try new ways to advance. If tearing down is necessary for an evolution, its excess can be prejudicial and can mislead ePortugal from its destiny as a Supreme Country. It's our duty, the duty of every veteran, to give the practical setbacks so that we can unify the old and new citizens.

Chaos is Evolution

I defend the liberation and manifestation of Chaos. I defend the mutability of systems and the free evolution. Chaos must and will be the solution to the rise of ePortugal to greatness. Chaos will manifest either way and refusing its presence is poisoning the real revolution! To chaos! To Revolution! To Bazul*! To Judazs! To ePortugal!
