URGENT: VOTING THE ARTICLES OF THE CONSTITUTION

And so comrades, we have reached step 4 of the plan:
1. Create a constitution
2. Discuss it of approval.
3. Discuss the articles.
4. Vote the articles.
5. Enact the constitution.

I will enlist here all that you have to vote. Please keep it organized as the example below so to ensure that counting will be fast and easy. If you find something that you don't know, you can visit the "Constitution discussions" threads and read there.
Voting will be closed in 7 days, which mean members can vote until 4 September.

1.Proportional representation by the number of party members

4.1 voting member from each party, appointed for a period of 3 months or more
5.1 voting member from each party appointed for a period of less than 3 months
6.One party, one vote

b.Working groups of the Internationale

1.Any kind of damage to the Internationale or its members from another member consists an infraction and the Congress will punish him/her.

2.All parties around the world that have at least a commune/ wish to create one.

I changed my vote on point d to 2. There might be some far-left parties that just die, vanish or move somewhere else and then we've lost 5 gold. We must save some resources. Later-on we can create specific organizations within a hierarchy in which the continent organization is the headquarters for that continent.

Currently they should be North-america, atlantic area, eastern-europe & middle-east, asia and perhaps south america. We might have to include south africa into the asian organization.

C - I'm in split minds as to this one; being new to the Internationale, I don't know whether it is necessary; in my view, funding for communes and new parties would better be gained more directly. So I'll abstain, if possible.

D - Does this matter, at all? Still, 4 is probably preferable.

E - Again, does this matter? If someone hypothetically does damage the Internationale, how do you enforce the punishment? So 2 really for me.

F - 1, though likely the members would tend to be in group '2' anyway.
