The Official Constitution for the Internationale

I. The Internationale

1. The Internationale is an association of far-left oriented parties around the eWorld, created to help the development of socialism in all the countries.

II. Governing the Internationale

2. The highest authority in the Internationale is the Congress, which includes representatives from far-left parties around the world.
3. The representation of parties in the congress is how it follows:
- 1 voting member from each party appointed for 1 month;
4. Each member (individual) of the Internationale, has the right to propose something to be voted.
5. Each member (individual) of the Internationale, has the right to apply and be elected Chairman.
6. The Chairman is elected for one month. He or she leads discussions and votes. The Congress has the right to impeach him or her. The Chairman is not the leader of the Internationale.
7. The Congress has control over the Departments of the Internationale.

III. Functioning

8. The Internationale currently has 3 large Departments: Fund-raising Department, Human Resources Department and Media&Publicity Department.
9. The Fund-raising Department is responsible for the accounts of the Internationale, allocation of all the money, and raising more money.
10. The Human Resources Department is responsible with welcoming new members and allowing them to post in the forum, teaching new members about how the Internationale works and also keeping a live list of current members and functions.
11. The Media&Publicity Department is responsible for making the news and actions of the Internationale wide spread.

IV. Internal Organization

12. The Internationale is an association split into each one organization per each continents.
13. Each party of the Internationale must pay a tax monthly to the Internationale. The value of the tax will be negotiated by each member party with the Congress.
. 14. Each Internationale Organization will be subordinated to the Congress, who will vote on actions and donations.

V. Other important articles

15. The Internationale can be dissolved with a 100% approval of the Congress.
16. The Constitution can be dissolved entirely with a 100% approval of the Congress. However, its articles can be changed by a majority of the Congress.

Vote:Yes.
(The only thing I think should be changed is the last part, which wasn't ever voted upon. Instead of just a simple majority, articles should be changed by a super majority of about 60%-70% of congress, that way it would be a huge majority.)

I vote yes.

Edit:
Should add a clause that allows a country without far left parties to be represented, if there are socialistic/anarchistic elements in that country.

(By far-left we count all organizations with a far-left orientation. This can be anarchistic or totalitarian. We voted on far-left to ban the social-democrats from the Internationale. We do not want to repeat the same mistakes as the Second Internationale did)

Does the definition of "parties" include organizations too?

I don't see why not. There are several far-left organizations out there without a party. These movements are most likely without resources to create a party or have no need for one (The Workers' Militia for example).
